By using Construction Website Builder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and all content you publish. Do not misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy at the time of purchase.
4. Your content
You own the text, images, and business information you add to your site. We do not sell your content to third parties.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where required.
